Nature of the Website

This site provides directions to Hemphill County and Texas inmate, jail, release, court, and supervision resources. It does not possess official records, confirm a person's custody status, file paperwork, or release anyone.

Some pages also connect visitors with outside research tools. Those services remain independent from this site.

Acceptable Use

• Use the site only in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not use information to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass anyone.
• Do not make employment, housing, credit, lending, or insurance decisions from site content.
• Do not attempt to enter accounts, servers, or restricted areas without authorization.

No Consumer Reports or FCRA Use

Hemphill County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We and our advertising partners do not supply background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. You agree not to use information found here for:
